Thermal insulation (U-values)

Sky-Frame 3 was developed for properties with extremely high thermal insulation demands. It complies with the high technical requirements for the MINERGIE standard.

This system operates with 54mm thick
triple-glazed panes of insulating glass.

Below are some Uw values for a 2-panels window (1 sliding element and 1 fixed element) calculated in accordance with
EN 10077:

W x H = 2*2.3m x 2.5m with glass

U_g=0.7 W/m²K > U_w=1.0 W/m²K
U_g=0.5 W/m²K > U_w=0.85 W/m²K
